The JSO Dashboard is the nerve center of the JSO website. It provides you with real time feedback (metrics) on six activities that are key to a successful search:

- Job Interviews
Since these six activities are critical to the success of a search, knowing your performance on them can help you successfully complete your search months earlier than you would otherwise.
Each JSO client’s homepage on our website contains your personalized, real time JSO Dashboard. This invaluable tool contains your personal data on the six key indicators of success in a job search. You will be able to enter targets for each of these indicators and your performance will be displayed against those targets as well as national standards.
In other words, you will know exactly where you stand at any moment during your search. This will allow you to step up your effort in some areas or, perhaps, redistribute it. For example, many job searchers spend the majority of their time on large job posting boards like Monster or CareerBuilder. While these resources can be quite valuable, it is critical to manage the amount of time spent on them. By comparing your performance to your targets and to JSO’s standards you will be able to distribute your efforts in the most effective way possible.
The JSO Dashboard also allows you to examine your efforts over time since your data from the beginning of your use of JSO will be maintained and is accessible through a simple dropdown menu.
