The JSO Resume Assistant is one of JSO’s most important and most powerful tools. Most people either spend several hundred dollars for a service to do one version of their resume or they spend many hours painstakingly building a resume and a lot of additional time customizing it to meet the needs of specific job openings. The JSO Resume Assistant will help you create as many versions of your resume as you will need in your job search in far less time than you could otherwise. Following a step-by-step process, it will virtually format and write your resume. You will fill in a series of blanks, make a few selections, then edit and personalize your resume.
Since the JSO Resume Assistant is database driven, you will have complete flexibility and be able to tailor a resume to a specific job opening or company in minutes. You can then print, email and store each version with a couple of keystrokes.
The entire JSO Resume Assistant process is displayed at the top of each JSO Resume Assistant page. This process serves as the navigation map – all you have to do is click on any process step and you will be taken their directly. You will probably not use all of the process steps such as Publications, Patents and Languages, but they are there if you need them.
While the JSO Resume Assistant doesn’t exactly make creating a high quality resume fun, it certainly makes it much easier and faster than any other method.
