Will JSO provide you with enough value to sign-up?
Of course, this is a question that you will have to answer yourself, but here is some information that may be helpful in making your decision.

There are no other fees or charges of any kind, period, no matter how long you use JSO.

How can you determine whether JSO will provide enough value to spend this money?
For most people, a job search will take four to six months. Assuming that you take six months and you have five coaching sessions, beyond the initial 90 minutes, your total cost will be $195 plus $25 times 6 ($150) plus $60 times 5 ($300) for a total of $645.
If using JSO shortens your search by one month, you will be ahead one month’s salary minus $645.
If using JSO shortens your search by two or three months, your advantage will be much greater.
If using JSO results in a new salary that is $5000 higher, you will be ahead that less $645.
We cannot put a dollar amount on the decreased emotional distress that you will experience but this may be where the greatest value lies.
Are the fees described above subject to increase?
No. Once you sign up, the monthly administrative fee and coaching fee will be fixed and will never increase, even if you deactivate your membership and then reactivate it in five or ten years.
Do you offer any discounts on coaching fees if time is purchased in bulk?
Yes, we do. If you purchase five to nine 30 minute blocks, you will receive a 10% discount. If you purchase ten or more 30 minute blocks, you will receive a 15% discount.
Does JSO have a more comprehensive plan available at a greater cost?
No. We have one comprehensive plan that includes all of the tools, techniques and support typically contained in Executive Outplacement. The only variable is the amount of coaching that you choose to use.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Since the success that you will in your search is do to the quality of your effort, as much as the tools that you use, we cannot provide a money back guarantee. What we do provide for clients having unusual difficulty in their search, is a total support process that includes a comprehensive review by a JSO executive as well as a commitment to stick with you for as long as it takes.
Do I get my money back if my coaching is ineffective?
If you feel that your coach has done an inadequate job, JSO will provide a different coach and up to two sessions at no additional cost.
What types of payment do you accept?
JSO accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. At this time, we only accept payment online so we are unable to accept a PO, to send you an invoice or to accept telephone orders.
